"An edit with a video cut and audio dissolve works fine."

You might have already tried this.

How depressing, huh? You get this wonderful, new, awesome Axial and you start to play around. "Wow! I can do 5 cuts in 1 edit, that's cool!" you say to yourself. "Let's see if I can do this..." And you find out that making an edit with a video-only cut and an audio-only dissolve in the same edit doesn't work properly. Bummer.

Yeah, well, get over it. It does everything else for you.
