Accom User _ Export/Import Tool

I am a new Accom user. I am using WSD/HDi to capture dual stream HD channels. The format of those input are 4:2:2 YCbCr but when accom export frames , it convert to 4:4:4 RGB . By any chance, can somebody send me the matrix that convert from YCrCb to RGB and also the inverse matrix ?
