It seems as though there is a cycle on Editsuite...every year & a half to two years there seems to be a whole new crop of users who through no fault of their own tend to be asking the same things that were answered two years prior: questions like how to reframe shot clocks, how to do replay wipes, how to get external devices to talk to the switcher, etc. The answers for each product may be unique, but the problems tend to be universal.
Instead of having a repeat of postings crop up every once & a while addressing the same issues, would you consider posting a FAQ list for each product? Not only could it streamline the various categories to deal with new issues, but it would also provide a much more immediate response to those who need the same type of help that was offered previously.
