Replacing Hard Drive - 8000a

It seems our hard drive went south.....The switcher (8000a) says it has a bad partition.....We can not recall or save anything to the hard drive. My question is for our maintenance folks. How involved and how long does it take to replace the hard drive? Obviously we would have to do it between shows. Thanks in advance for the help...and the good news is now we can upgrade our software to the current version.
