Hello, I have an 8K, I can load stills via external drive. Thumbnails do not show up at all, but I can recall stills and clips. I tried to save some to the regular internal hard drive. I get NG (error) FTP put command errors. Switcher was re-booted recently for some other reason, but I think I had no thumbnails back then either.
