Hi on a Sony 8K/9K was wondering if you could build state holds into certain keyers while only effecting other keyers..through either snapshot or effect..

example, want to have a snapshot turn on key 1, but not care whether or not key2,3,4 is on or off..
thanks
Bill

So in theory a one keyframe effect with key 1 and 2 set to any path and key 3 and 4 path is off, then regardless of the state of any of the keyers, when I recall that effect, key 1 and 2 come in and 3 and 4 stay with what they were.. Cool.. thanks guys

If you set the path to OFF on Key 3 and 4, but leave it to something other than off on Key 1 and 2 then the timeline will no longer care what's happening on Key 3 or 4 while Key 1 and 2 work along with the programming of the timeline.
