Kalypso v12 stillstore-thumbnails not showing after replacin

Hi everyone,

The still store board was replaced on a Kalypso I use for a daily show. We're running v12.0.0. Before the old SS board was removed, I had FTP'd out the entire directory I use for my show.

After the board was replaced I copied back the SS directory onto the hard drive on the new board. Unfortunately, the thumbnails aren't showing up in the SS browse menu. I checked, and along with the .gvi and .gva files, the .bmp thumbnails are there.

Is there any way to force a refresh of the thumbnails in the browser? Do I need update software or firmware on the SS board?

Also, (I'm sure this has been asked a million times before) is there a way for the stillstore to recognize and use anything larger than the 2 gig primary partition on the HD?

Hey Steve Are you sure that the new still store board has version 12 software on it?? It may have been removed from a switcher before the software was upgraded.
