MVS-8000 Two Panels, One Switcher

I am just wondering how many people out there are working on the MVS-8000 in this configuration. We are about move into a new studio and we will be working with one 4 ME MVS-8000 switcher chasis split over two 3 ME panels.

Sony made it sound like this is a common set-up for the switcher.

We've got 3 MEs on our 8k, split up over 3 seperate panels, 1 panel has 2 MEs, 1 has only 1, and the third is a 1/2 panel that is used mainly for keys... Our main problem is that the 2 of the panels are in 1 room, and the third is in another room... real fun when your trying to build effects, and someone is in the other room doing something else.... full functionallity on all boards, which is nice, I can go to any panel and take over a different ME....
