Hello,

I'm working with a Kayak 2DD and I'm trying to connect de side panel but Ihave a problem. The situation is:

I connect the computer with a switch to Mainframe and to Panel. I put them IP address.

MF2 E-BOX DS0700.672 IP 192.168.0.70
CP2 Panel DS0800.672 IP 192.168.0.73

And the computer with windows xp the IP 192.168.0.71 . I tried 192.168.0.75 and 192.168.0.80 and doesn't work. The problem is with control panel. The e-box appears and connect but the panel appears but not attach.

The control panel 192.168.0.73 does not respond

Could you help me?

Hi Enric, Deactivate all other network adapters (for example also the Bluetooth and W-LAN) and try again. Best regards Jochen Huegel
