Using the combiner and one keyer, can you put two drop shadows on two channels?

Each channel of DME should be able to have its own drop shadow through the combiner, but as Mike said, it's pretty basic. One trick that I do is to take the DME combiner & put it into the DME MONITOR V & K. I then re-enter the DME MONK on a 2nd keyer and use that keyer's drop shadow (which can do softening & separate offsets from the DME channel drop shadows) to give me the float shadow.

You can but the dropshadow is very simple. You can't blur it or anything. Just position, size and opacity. It's in the menu at BKGD & EDGE >> DROP SHADOW (Menu 14). You can adjust them for each channel independently. The combiner should output both channels out DME2 thereby using one keyer on the Switcher. Is this what you're asking about?
