This is for the Kalypso programmers:
When I perform a clear register, it should also clear the LOCKS!!! Trying to unlock the registers is a nightmare and I shouldn't have to poke around to discover the parameter someone else used in a lock function in order to completely clean out a reg! If I'm clearing it, why would I want to maintain the lock.
Please fix this....clear means clear!

As an A1 we always cleared an analog console back to "unity" so the next guy didn't have to reset everything. As a TD going back to the sama switcher the next day after the 11pm news I would clear my switcher - start with a new slate - it's good for you and the next guy.

I agree with all of this and I practice the same cleanup ritual. I noticed that there are too many TD's who just don't care about this and I'm constantly peeling off labels and clearing DVEous Registers. Quite annoying. I'm not sure if this courtesy will ever catch on.
I think as truck TD's we should clear all of our devices during knockdown. Clear all Lance cues, clear all DVEous effects and reload truck default Show File. That way the next TD enters the truck and is ready to go. I do this before I leave every truck.
I have been doing this for years!!! I always load an NVram clear emems and restore the trucks default before I leave. I do think it is a courtesy as Monty stated. I also wholeheartedly agree with Mike about the labels, I just hate being someone else's maid! :D
I don't believe the all clear is working yet
Yeah, I think that function has them stumped. Monty, I agree, in addition, PEEL OFF YOUR LABELS! Not everyone uses key 3 for their bug and I already know where the RUN button is.. I don't need a sticker with little arrow pointing to it that says "RUN." :-)

This brings up a great point. I think as truck TD's we should clear all of our devices during knockdown. Clear all Lance cues, clear all DVEous effects and reload truck default Show File. That way the next TD enters the truck and is ready to go. I do this before I leave every truck. I think it's a courtesy to our fellow TD's.
