I have a two part question if anyone can help figure out. Anytime I transform a camera or animation, the video looks like its studdering. I have tried using a different transform engine, didn't work. I was told there is a interpolation menu that might be the problem, but I couldn't find it.

Secondly, when I try and grab a video and key signal from the still store from Spot 1+2, it doesn't grab the key. It will grab a key from spot 3+4, and from duet, I checked the engineering files and they all look similar. Also, when I go to record a still it won't let me use "show input", I just have to "grab the video". And lastly, when I go to record video on the still store it will only grab it as a still, not as a clip.
Any help with these would be great.
thanks

Yes, this bit us today. Apparently, v12.02.04 was a patch for a certain problem and it was released without all the normal testing. Oh well.
There is a bug in version 12.02.04. If you go to the transform menu, picture, there should be a menu for "Interpolation", it needs to be set to "Adapt" so it will automatically adapt for the incoming feed, "Field" will also work, "Frame" causes the shutter. However, in 12.02.04, this menu does not exist. The switcher will be stuck in whatever mode it was in before. The only solution is to go back down to 12.02.02 or up to v14.0 (which was just released). You cannot even just use an older version of software on a PC to try and change the menu, the function does not exist.
OUCH !!

Look to see if 'strobe' is enabled. If not, highlight still 1, then hit 'vid/key pair' and it will link the two channels together. Then when you save a still it will marry it with the incoming key signal. It actually saves two stills (still1 is vid, still2 is key)
