How do you calibrate the fader bars on a Kalypso?

I know there's a way to calibrate fader bars, T-Bars, etc on a Kalypso. I've done it in the past but I just forgot the button sequence required to bring up the menu on the PGM/PST bus.

Hold down all the small buttons to the left and right of "shift" on program/preset. You can adjust LCD contract and calibrate fader bars.
