I'm wondering if I can take a formated Omega Seagate drive and hook it up to my computer via USB. Transfer some video files to the drive and have them recognized when I put them back in the Omega deck. Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know what type of motion jpg codec the Omega deck uses? I wonder what the file structure is and if I could edit the files on the drive in Final Cut Pro?

Just having fun

Greg
