I am looking for information on version 14 as far as what it can do and instruction manuals to tell me how to do some things...also looking for info on using macros(from how to build them and how to use them etc.) any and all info would be greatly appreciated....I want to learn this switcher as best I possibly can.

The most recent manual online is version 12: The version 14 release notes can be found at: There's also a v14 release addendum listed on the website, but it seems you need to contact TGV to get it. I have no idea what that includes. Page 330 of the manual is the beginning of the macro discussion and it is actually fairly straightforward. Lots of help available here, of course.
