trouble recalling effects from disk on Dveous MX

Hi all,
I am working in a truck that has the MX. It's the first time that I've seen one, and when I load my Dveous disk, it has no problem reading the disk, but there is no softkey to "confirm recall", so I can't load any of my effects from disk. The EIC was stumped, and there is't a manual on board. Any suggestions?

After doing a full reboot and swearing at it, it started working. Go figure.
