Hello!

I'm a new user based in Italy. I'm working in a facility with a Venus switcher and I have some control panel equipped with a Cp-3010 expansion. I have no manuals and I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to remove destination labels once they are in the expansion. Re-assigning them is quite easy but I can't just remove them.

Thanks if anyone can help me.

It would useful, however, to handle it directly on the panel. I will try both suggestions. Thanks a lot.

The outputs available are typically programmed through the Jupiter Network Suite (JNS) application, installed on the routing switcher server computer. I know in our case running JNS 5.1.1, you have to go into the "output set" table for that control panel and remove the destinations from the table. Or you could hard code them to a specific page. Eight virtual destinations multiplied by 20 pages available in the expansion panel. So, if you want VTR1 to be located on page 4, in the third spot on the display, multiply 8 destinations times 3 pages and then add the position number on the expansion panel, that you want VTR1 to appear. In this case, it would be 27. These values are entered in the output set for that panel. After making the table changes, save, compile and download the set. The unwanted destinations should disappear.

Thank you. I found nothing in the online documentation, only the 7000 series is well supported, but there are only brochures of previous Philips/BTS hardware. I will check the technical support or otherwise I will keep going on with experiments. Cheers.
