DD-20 Black and BG1

After a Peroid of none use, BLACK and BG1 show non-sync on all busses. When I check timing using the store buss it tells me that they are at "O" timing just like BG2 that works. We do not have a set of Maintenance manuals. Can someone direct me to some Manuals of someone who can help me with this problem. Downstream FTB works as well as BLK Pst.
