Next one (a little crazier?):

Can timelines be run and looped via GPI loopback on a 4K?

I seem to remember that GPI inputs can be configured to recall E-Mem registers.

But, can a GPI input run a timeline? I don't seem to remember seeing that as an option. Maybe some combination of auto-run or an effects dissolve sequence could make this work?

That brings up another one... does a 4K's master e-mem have effects dissolve and sequence, and will CPL, PBUS, and AUX's follow states with the effects dissolve?

Cheers.

States are built into the emem, so if you are effect dissolving between emems the states should stay or go as built. Sequences are different same thing I think, unless you are sequencing a timeline. I think when you do that, you can not change regions timeline to timeline, it will keep enabled levels from timeline to timeline regardless of auto recall and how it was built. Again been a while but I think that is the case.

if you turn on the AUTO RUN, then using a GPI to recall the E-Mem will also cause it to run.
