Hi all, how do I configure a new board BKDS 9120 ,is there a procedure to fellow to configure the board( there is red led lits bad configuration )

Susan, This usually happens when the software in the new card and the software version you are running in your system is different. The easy way to fix that is to re install the software for the switcher only.
