Element Reel for ClipstoreMX

I am coming up to a show where I may need to dump an element reel to the Clipstore MX. I am somewhat confused on the correct way to do this. Do I dub the complete reel to both the Video / Key drives at the same time? Do I dump just the video to the video drive, and the keys to the key drive so on? I have been lucky enough to have drives delivered to the shows... Thanks Much.
Just as a note on the Clipstore, I will say I am a fan of the append feature that allows you to add to the end of your clip without cueing to the end of your reel. Just me sharing my love for the little things in life.
That IS a cool feature. It save me a lot of time when I only need to add 1 or 2 elements to what's already there. And I don't have to worry about accidentally recording over something.
I gotta say, though, that a Spotbox is WAY better! I used one in the Big Ten Tournament, and it was a breeze...

I just did an FSN Baseball Game on 9HDX and the Clipstore worked excellent, and I did however have to insert 10 field pauses in Macros to avoid recall issues. The Video always recalled fine, and the key was what caused the issue. I know on this show I set the lance (1/2) to the same Pbus ID number.

The last show I did with one of these all the elements were first dumped to EVS, I then routed fill video to the video side and the mattes to the key side. The truck I was on was a MTVG truck and they had routers for the TD.
