I've just recently experienced a problem where, if I recall a Master snapshot I've been using for several months, the key sources no longer recall. This problem exists with every memory I have. It started about 3 weeks ago.

If I load up an earlier application which has the same snapshots, they recall fine.

Problem is the later application has some stuff in it I need, so I'd rather be running that.

Can anyone give me some tips? I'm running XtenDD

Awesome, thanks Mike. The Key# Inhibit button was engaged. I actually never use the keypad so didn't know that function was there - I always program from the menu. thanks again.

Are the key sources defined as part of the snapshot. 2) On the XtenDD Master TiME-Memo, is Key# Inhibit engaged? 3) Rebuild the snapshot? 4) Copy the Snapshot from the newer application to the older application (Copy Config/Detailed Copy/HD to HD/then select your applications to and from/level +, then select ebox on both sides/select master TiME-memo)
