So I got asked to fill in for our regular TD at the last minute (4 hrs till game time) and had never really used a 2200 before, it was pretty simple show most of the effects were already setup, so with a little extra time, I tried to actually learn how to build things on the switcher and ran across a couple of issues that no one could really answer for me.

1) When building keyframe sequences in the emems area, I would copy the panel state from a different emem, try to past it into an existing emem (I wanted the panel to start in the same mode it was in) but when I did, it just added a keyframe, instead of pasting over the existing one. no big deal, but I could find the button, command, whatever. Does it exist? I did wipe out the entire keyframe sequence once, but couldn't figure out how I did it.

2) We had a couple of 4-step sequences (emems/macros/whatever) that utilized a mask on one of the keyers, I had to step through each keyframe, rebuild the mask at that point, each step, remaking the mask. Without numerics to verify I had to rely on my vision and the monitors to "get it close" is there a way of modifying the mask on all the keyframes at once, or saving just that setting, so that you can access it on each keyframe?

3) Does anyone know how to use the still store? is it hardwired to aux 2 (I finally found it AFTER the show) or is that assignable? I looked throught the manual, but it was almost as useless as a chyron manual.

thanks for any help
B

If it is the same as the 4k, delete is the "cut" button in the KF editing section if I remember correctly -Curt

To wipe out and start with 1 keyframe using what is on the ME is what you want to start with simply do, learn bank X X. Bank 32, etc Now that is emem 32, with one keyframe All mod should have fixed your mask If you were able to feed frame store via aux 2 then that is it. 4K was always aux 4, doubt they gave 2200 any more flexibility
