Currently for a show I'm using ME1 to feed an on set LCD which has two logos for the home and away teams. To save time in GFXs we were given single logos for all the teams before the season and I use two keys to display them both and use resizers on each to position the logos side by side. I'm trying not to burn any channels of DMEs that's why I'm using resizers, however some of the logos I'd like to rotate slightly. Does anybody have a workaround solution or should I just quit my complaining and use two channels of DME??
Why not dump each game's logos , I assume over a background, onto a DVD and play them back that way? Do this before air. Why not composite every match up you will have over green, record that to DVD or DDR, then play that back over your moving background, if your graphics people are like the one I deal with. (chroma keyed of course)
That what I'm doing here, I prepro all my matchup over a green background, grab them in a frame memory and I do some transition during the show from one frame memory to another one
Do the logos animate at all or do they stay stationary the entire time? Are they over some sort of animating background?
At the moment they are stationary over a moving background provided from a Turbo DDR. The problem with the DDR or DVD approach is then it becomes a hassle if you want to transition from one match up to another.

The resizers don't do rotations. We just pre-record each of the necessary logs with the necessary rotation - that way we can use the 2D sizing and positioning & not worry about doing rotations live.
