What's the easiest way to achieve 4 cam chroma key?

Please forgive me if this really is a noob question... I need to switch between 4 cameras that are all chroma keyed over 4 different frame memorys. This will combo will never change. We are using the 8000 with 2 ME's. I can definitely do two cams on ME 1 and ME 2, but the other two cams, I was thinking of doing downstream on the PGM bus...

I'm concerned that in the heat of battle, this method will burn me. There must be an easier way. (It's 2:30am my time, so, I am losing sleep over this ;-) Thanks in advance.

I would just make snapshots of each key/source combo. If you need dissolves, snapshot them in the preview, then dissolve to it (or cut if needed). A lot depends on how complicated the show will be. If you're just cutting or dissolving, that would work. If you're doing other keys on top, Bob's way would be better.

If you have the MPII option, you can set up the following 4 PGM outputs on one M/E: PGM 1 = Key 1 over A Bus PGM 2 = Key 2 over B Bus PGM 3 = Key 3 over Util 2 Bus PGM 4 = Key 4 over Util 3 Bus All 4 keys in Chroma Key mode. Assign the 4 PGM outputs of the M/E to 4 outputs of the M/E (using Panel Config menu) Map those 4 M/E Program outputs back into crosspoints Alternatively on 1 M/E using MPI; PGM = Key 1 over A Bus, transition set to go to Key 2 over B bus (BKGD, Key 1 (on) & Key 2 selected for transition) Key PVW 1 = Video Mode, Background = Util 2 Bus, Key 3 ON...all other keys OFF That will do 3 keys over 3 different backgrounds on one M/E...do the last CK on another M/E. Map the 1st M/E's PVW & Key PVW back as crosspoints. In both cases, you'll have 4 separate CK composites available as crosspoints...cut them on PGM as if they were cameras.
