I am sure this is an easy question for most  I am still learning the kayak and haven't figure this out yet.
Can someone tell me how to same snapshots, emems, macros, timelines etc etc to a thumb drive.  I haven't been able to figure this out and next week I will be doing a show that will be shot again in a month or so.  Also do you have to save DPM effects and pbus commands along with these.
thanks
greg

Just plug your thumb drive (4 GB or less) into the top port on the upper right corner of the Kayak (the bottom one doesn't seem to work), hit the "Home" button next to the touch screen, select "Config" on the screen, then "Appli" in the lower left corner.  After you've set up your show, hit "Save As", name it, then OK.  It will create a folder on the thumb drive called "appli", and one called "stills".  It saves EVERYTHING in that one file.  Then you can pull your drive, and the "Save" and "Save As" buttons will gray out.  Plug it back in, and your show will appear in the list, and those buttons will solidify again. Hope that helps!

Mongo,
Thanks for the help... I think I was using the bottom port that may have been part of the problem.
