Off-Line Macro editor???

We have recently updated to the ver. 8.10 software, and I'm having a hard time finding the Off-line Macro editor function.

On the previous ver. 7.22 software, I recall that there was a mode or option for entering into off-line Macro builds/edits.

Does anyone know if this has been moved or eliminated in the ver. 8.10 software?
