Default admin Username Password needed for Thomson DD35 switcher

Hi everyone,

Does anybody happen to know the Default admin Username Password needed for Thomson DD35 switchers ?

We have acquired a used switcher and need to reset and create new user profiles and configs..

Hi Matthew,

are you looking for the windows password? So normaly we no not use a Password for the DD35, so did you tried a empty password?

By the way what window version is installed?

If you can't find the password, the easiesed thing is perhapse to reinstall Windows.

You can find the windows setup on the D-drive.
