Missing Device Protocols

Hi,

Our mixer has lost its device machine control protocols. When you go INSTALL>EBOX>MACHINE> and try to select a protocol for a port# no list of options appears. This has worked previously and now doesn't! 

Has anybody else had this issue?

Hi,

It looks like the RSE of the controller has a problem. I know it is long ago, do you still have this problem?
