Ross Synergy 3 Stillstore Memory Question

I've got a synergy 3 internal stillstore that I'm not sure why, but always seems to be full or near full and will not let me put in any new

stills.  I would be okay with this if I had numerous stills in ide this inteneral SS but, I have TWO stills in there with alpha.

I have had more than three in there before, but now, I have two and it says it is at 94.6% full, and I don't have enough memory

to put another one in there.  This is all on MLE 1 which is where I need to have them recalled from.  These stills are 720x486 fill with alpha channels.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Those stills are stored on the DVE card.  They can also remote over from other MLEs.  Make sure that you are storing to the correct MLE.  Also you can store on another MLE and then load from it to the MLE that you want it on.

Is this a Synergy SD or MD unit?
