Macro that just changes Trans RAte

Here's what I'm trying to do....

I'm on a Sony 8000 X-frame.

At the end of my macro, I'm just trying to change the transition rate to another rate.

When I hit the macro it changes the the trans rate from 10 frames to 25 frames, but once it gets done, I want it to revert back to 10 frames. 

What's the best way to do this....I'm just friggin stumped.

You need to create a menu macro to change the trans rate.  Use menu #3231.  Select the rate using the number pad by touching the menu button next to the soft knob.  Adjusting the rate using the soft knob will not save witth the macro.  Then attach the menu macro to the end of you panel macro.  Remember to add a pause to allow any transitions to complete before changing the rate back.
